The basics

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use Echo Exchange.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. Don’t impersonate others or create accounts to evade a suspension.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (collection data, lists, comments, forum posts, images). You grant Echo Exchange a non-exclusive license to store and display it so the service works. Catalog contributions (release and pressing data) are a shared community record and may be kept and shown even if you later delete your account. Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share.

Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, scraping, automated abuse, attempts to break or overload the service, or anything illegal. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Echo Exchange is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
